Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer benefits?
Yes. Crew members are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and PTO after 6 months. Foreman and positions above are eligible after 90 days. Manager positions also receive a company car, phone, and laptop. All employees can participate in incentive and training programs.
I just submitted my application, now what?
We will call or email you within 3 business days. You can also set up a 15 minute call on Calendly to ask questions about the position.
What is the interview process like?
Foreman position and up: After you apply, we’ll contact you for a quick 15 min. call and set up a second call if needed. If you’re eligible for the job, you’ll interview in person with a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will then contact HR with an offer, and HR will contact you with next steps.
Crew: After you apply, we’ll contact you for a phone interview. If you’re eligible for the job, HR will make you an offer over the phone. If you accept, we’ll send you onboarding paperwork. Once your onboarding docs are completed, we will set up your orientation day.

Yes, we provide on-the-job training and online training.
What services does Greenscape perform?
We provide landscape maintenance and installation work to commercial clients. This includes, but is not limited to, mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation work, lighting, tree removal, and snow/ice removal.
What traits make a successful Greenscape employee?

Do you need landscape experience to apply?
It depends on the position. For crew members, we prefer some type of labor work experience. For foremen, we require at least 1 year of experience in landscape in a leading role. For managers we require at least 2 years of experience in a leading/managerial role.
How often will I get paid?
We pay weekly by direct deposit.
